Thank you for shopping with Restock TX. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be in original condition

  • Include all original tags and packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as non-returnable

  • Products that show signs of wear or washing

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • A brief description of the issue

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
