Thank you for shopping with Restock TX. Below you will find information about our shipping process, delivery times, and order tracking.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, restocks, or high order volume periods such as season ending sales.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order amount.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package while it is in transit.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

At this time, Restock TX only ships within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping.

We ship orders using the following carriers:

  • UPS Ground

  • USPS Ground Advantage

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

  • Standard Ground Shipping: 3–7 business days

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Restock TX is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Restock TX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional help, please reach out to us.
